Tokyo Guesthouse is an inexpensive accommodation. Properties, from hotel-like to home-like, are converted for the exclusive use of guest accommodation. Staying period, usually two to three months to more than a year, is accord with your need or plan.

About room rates, Tokyo Guesthouse is much cheaper than hotels and rental apartments.

Our facilities have appliances and furniture for common use, which are not included in them. Reasonable pricing has several reasons; as we owned the properties, we operate and rent the rooms directly. No overheads by real estate agencies.
